Design
The excellent hydraulic design, with extra thick sections at known points of wear and the high aspect ratio impeller ensures excellent performance with a long wear life. Rubber is used for the coarsest of abrasive solids (generally up to 5.0 mm in diameter depending on concentration and pump size) and for acidic duties, where metal would otherwise fail prematurely.

Design
The excellent hydraulic design, with extra thick sections at known points of wear and the high aspect ratio impeller ensures excellent performance with a long wear life. high head and works in conjunction with expelling back vanes of the impeller to produce a highly effective seal against positive inlet heads without gland leakage. The impeller’s design reduces hydraulic shock losses at the suction eye. Large diameters and strategic mass distribution permits high head and high performance at slow speeds without sacrificing efficiency. The impeller can be externally adjusted without disassembly which ensures optimum continuous performance of the pump. An induced flow vortex impeller and a fully recessed induced flow impeller are available for specific pumping requirements.
