Overview
The HSP hydraulic seat valve pump is another example of Putzmeister’s expertise in the displacement of highly viscous materials. This pump is ideal for high pressures and for pasty materials with a low content of foreign bodies and with small particle sizes (less than 15mm). It is also very effective for media containing large amounts of air. Special features of the Putzmeister design, such as hard-chrome plated cylinders, special pistons and a central lubrication system, ensure a long service life and easy-to-replace wear-prone components.

The pumping cylinders, water box, drive cylinders, and hydraulic power unit are the same time proven design as the KOS and KOV series pumps for the utmost reliability and availability of parts.
The HSP pump features a hydraulic drive that allows the delivery rate and pressure to be adjusted to suit various applications. Valves can be replaced easily without the need to remove the delivery lines. A large selection of pump heads, valves, feeding devices and accessories are available with the HSP series pump to ensure the ideal operation for your application.
