This versatile pump may even completely replace larger machines, which are often too cumbersome or too expensive. Design
The Sprayboy P12 from Putzmeister incorporates a mixing hopper and a pump in a compact unit. The 50 liter mixing hopper holds and thoroughly mixes the mortar, with aggregate sizes up to 3mm, and the pump evacuates it via the hose connection with pressure
gauge. This pump can deliver a maximum of 6 or 12 l/min, depending on its operating mode. A maximum output pressure of 360 psi (lb/in²) can be achieved. The Sprayboy can be combined with a compressor to create an excellent portable spraying machine.
The drive of the worm pump is electric with 2-stage switch-over of 100/ 200 rpm speed. This pump is suitable for anti-drumming compounds, levelling compounds, refractory mortar, sealing compounds, joint and casing mortar, paint compounds, priming coats, bonding mortars, refurbishing mortar, fillers, filling mortars, and much more.
